hi,
I just owned 80 series over a year. earlier the fuel consumption was ok, 7-8km/liter.
however, after I use engine flush and injectors cleaner into the oil and fuel. just once for the sack of internal cleaning. the fuel consumption goes rather high about 5km/liter.
so, took off the nozzles and clean it. test it, the spread was good, but I did not pressure test it. and installed it back.
then, took of the fuel pump and get it serviced, tested, still 5 km/l.
the boost are good. power good. black smoke only when stepping the accelerator, after that it's good.
max speed 130 km/h.
what could be the problem.

I have a similar issue I am getting like 20L per 100km Same as 5 km per litre. Run the cleaner through now 15L per 100km but still seams high
