hey guys this is my first post trying figure out a few things be for i start my build up.
ive been doing some research on putting a 1hdt into a 100 series and i cant seem to find much around! if someone has done it or can point to someones build that would be un real
Is it a common conversion?
Also would a 1hdt motor bolt straght up to a petrol 100 series manuel gearbox?
and fuel lines would i have to change them or would they be alright?
There lots more i have probly missed but I'm keen to get the basics and work from there.
Thanks heaps

1HD-FTE conversion is $25,500 with auto and $28,500 with manual
1HD-FT is $25,500 with auto and $27,500 with manual

I would like to get this done one day.

it can be done with some JB Weld and zip ties.

Seriously, that would be a sweet conversion. If the cost wasn't so high, and labor so intensive, I would be looking into that for sometime in the far future. When/if (knock on wood) my 2UZ-FE dies, I will be replacing it with something that has a little more grunt. The 2UZ-FE is a fabulous motor, but a peanut motor at best once you add bumpers, rack, sliders, and larger tires.

just import a 105 or find a 70 for that coin.

thanks for all the replys guys.
I probly should have said a live axle front 100 series with 4.5 1fz petrol motor, and
take out the 1fz and drop in a 1hdt motor, would the 1hdt bolt up to the 1fz gearbox?
