1fzfe 105 gas cap hissing

Whilst I’m aware there’s been multiple posts made about the gas cap hissing my issue seems to be beyond that. Vehicle is a 98 105 series cruiser with a 1fzfe, I’ve gone ahead and replaced the charcoal canister, checked the breather line from tank, to purge and the fresh air pipe none of the pipes are clogged even ran a compressor through tank pipe and could clearly see fumes coming out of tank showing no blockages. I’ve gone as far as leaving the tank breather unplugged to find it still builds pressure in the tank and hisses when removing it. Remedies so far new charcoal canister and new gas cap still facing the same issue a bit perplexed atm. Vehicle runs fine no warning lights etc
