1999 LC: AC Compressor Issue - Where to shop ?

Hello

MY AC does not blow cold at idle....replaced the evaporator last summer.
Have the AC checked by a technical and he mentioned compressor is done.
Truck is a 1999 with 140 K miles on it.

Is it normal for compressor to fail at this mileage ? I had to charge the AC 3-4 times before replacing the evaporator.

Is DENSO brand the original part for the compressor on the LC 100 ? Found few on e bay. Pls advise where to find.

Yes no LEAKS.

Should I go for Denso compressor ?

Stop throwing money at it and bring it somewhere that knows that they're doing. Make sure you tell them EVERYTHING.

Leak test was performed as well as pressure test.

Can someone recommend good after market parts ?

If there are no leaks, why did it need to be charged multiple times?

If you have to open the system to replace compressor, might as well replace all the o-rings you can...
