Third owner, spent nearly 20 years in Georgia and South Carolina.
Spark plugs replaced at 183k, coil packs at 205k.
Radiator and hoses replaced at 235k.
All new tires around 241k.
Front wheel bearings/transfer case serviced/front and rear diff fluids flushed/front brake pads at 255k.
Starter replaced about 5 years ago but don’t have the mileage.

Climate control works great/cold AC. Power windows/seats/door locks work. Tow package and rear climate control. Power antenna works. Has all manuals/jack/tool kit and a bunch of records. All keys included. Remotes need new cases.

Due for a timing belt. Power steering leak/hoses are original. I’ve never tried the sunroof because I was told it got stuck open once so assume it doesn’t work. Sunroof glass weatherstrip needs replaced. The drains overflow in a heavy rain and it will leak. New sunroof glass weatherstrip from Toyota included. Roof clear coat mostly gone and the truck has some scratches and dings here and there. Front bumper has met a few things along the way. Front leather especially needs redone or seat covers.

Runs and drives great. Looks great from 20 feet.

Link to lots of pics coming.

Don’t know what’s up with the outside drivers window frame but you can see it in the pics. Looks like oils or something from hands have damaged it. It’s not pitted and pretty smooth. Maybe a light sanding or magic eraser will clean it up.

Center and rear diff lock. Center works great and was used regularly. Previous owner nor I used the rear locker and I just tested it. The light just flashes but I can hear something engage in the dash. Rear locker will need serviced.

As promised. This should cover everything but if you're interested and need more let me know.

No interest, taking off the market to start going through it and get it up to 100%. I’ll likely make it a daily driver or put it back on the market in the spring. Suggestions are welcome for work/mods to be done. Thanks.

I tried to convince several people I know to buy it since I can't justify to my wife buying another one. Good luck, it looks solid.

Start with PM Oem items replacement. Anyone on here would love to see a long list of mr Ts items that are checked off. Big ticket items inspected/Replaced and Photos. Rack and Pinion/CV axles/ Valve cover gaskets/Thermostat/ Belt &Pullies/break lines/brakes/ Timing belt! Water pump.... Just to name a few. Plugs / fuel filter/Starter / Front bearings: Driver Seat/ O2 sensor!
If this items are completed... Records look good- Fast Sale. Good luck

Ps:
Mod- New Good tires, slightly over sized... Torsion bars snugged up and a set of rear Medium coils would do it Justice. Maybe a Roof Rack for practical purposes.

I am not sure I would do anything to that Cruiser. I listed one with a ton of new oem parts, new wheels and tires, and a bunch of PM and got very little interest on mud. It was on mud a week or two. I then put it on facebook marketplace and craigslist and sold it for full asking within 24 hours, had two people waiting behind the one that bought it. Assuming it runs well, I think you have it priced right and it should sell quick. I think the 98-02 cruisers are overlooked on here. You will not get your money back on any of the things you do to it. Meanwhile an 06 in similar condition will have people fighting over it at 12-15k. I would just list it elsewhere, I think you will be surprised how fast it sells.
