Up for sale is my 1999 landcruiser. It has a lil over 252,000 miles but don't let that scare you it has had the timing belt done numerous times and have been serviced regularly with synthetic oil. The cruiser does has factory lockers and bfg all terrains 285's. The cruiser runs out good with no smoking rattles or any problems of any kind. I'm really torn about selling it, kinda want a newer lx 470. The running boards have been removed but I have them and the rear jump seats. The front two seats show some wear, but they are covered with spector off road covers that look and fit very nice. Previous owner replaced steering wheel so it looks brand new. I just replaced the factory head unit with a Sony unit. I know book value I's around 11,500 but I'm open to offers. I'm not really open to trades unless it's a very nice drivable 40 with cash to boot. Vehicle is located just about 30 min above Charlotte. Thanks for looking

Any pics? I love seeing nice 100's ;)

It's got the two locker buttons, one in the center and one on the left side of the steering wheel. I have not been off road with this one, but the previous owner did. I just engaged them and they act as ifthey are working.

Snaves sold his 2001 (similar mileage to yours) in great mechanical shape for $8k or less...after several months of advertising, he came down to $8k OBO... so not sure on final selling price.

I just bought a 1999 that is super clean with 90k less miles for $7200.

Well sorry guys that mine is "overpriced". That's why it says best offer. This is one of the most dependable trucks I have owned. Only reason I'm selling is to pay the ex wife off in a property settlement.

It's not overpriced. WN is a dealer...every rig he buys is well below market.

While Mud is the best Land Cruiser resource on the planet, it is not always the best place to sell a late-model Cruiser.

I would recommend Craigslist, Autotrader, Cars.com

Most folks on Mud are looking for 1) very good deals, 2) already built rigs 3) rare/unique Cruisers and/or 4) a combination of 1, 2 and/or 3.

I'd just be patient and would try a few more venues outside of Mud.

Possibly the best information ever provided on this forum.:)
Good luck with the sell.

Is there a dent in the hood or is it just strange lighting in the photo?
