1998 GMC Suburban 2500 4Cyl Turbo Diesel, 5spd, 4x4 Rust Free

This truck was originally from Arizona and just saw its first winter in Toronto, Ontario. It has 25000km's on the drivetrain conversion and runs and drives excellent. the original gas 454 and automatic transmission were removed and replaced with:

Hino 4cyl Turbo Diesel (135bhp/290ftlbs)
5spd hino transmission
Divorced NP205 Transfercase

The truck runs and drives smooth, starts every time and has plenty of torque. It is my daily driver and has been very reliable with the ability to pull some heavy loads.

I am asking $7500 Certified and emissions tested, but am willing to let her go for $6500 as is. Come take a look, .

I will consider a partial trade of an older 3/4 or 1 ton 4x4 pickup preferably diesel (running or not) No I do not want your buick or honda.

What type of fuel mileage are you getting with that drivetrain?

17mpg average, but I just fixed a diesel leak at the pump and did some exhaust work so I am hoping to see another mpg or 2

what mileage are you getting now? (imp gallons). how is it on the highway? enough power to speed a bit or buck a head wind?
