I have the heater box with the core, and the blower. I dont have the evaporator box.

I do have an LX450 radio that was working when removed. I can't comment on what it would take to "unlock" it, as i've never tried doing this on LX450. It's probably the same as the LC radio when it comes to unlocking - a matter of punching in the master code which you can find posted here on mud.

LX450 and LC radios are different though. LX version doesn't have the CD player in it, as all LX450's came with a separate CD-changer unit.

No, sorry. I dont want to butcher the engine harness for a single connector. You can probably get it from the dealership brand new for a few dollars.
As for air cleaner sensors, those were never offered on North American trucks.
