I posted this truck for sale back in December but then decided to keep it ... less than a month later I blew the head gasket. So in early January I did the following maintenance (all parts are OEM from CDan except for PHH which is Gates silicone).
Anyway, this truck now runs better than I ever dreamed it could run and I hate to sell it. I've never had it off road, though occasionally I'll find some mud to get into and engage the lockers.

- Valve job
- Head resurface
- Fuel injector cleaning and servicing
- New O2 sensors
- New fan clutch
- New heater hoses, including PHH
- New belts
- New pcv valve and grommet
- New spark plug tube seals
- New plugs
- New plug wires
- New distributor cap and rotor
- New alternator brush
- New starter contacts and plunger
- New fuel filter
- New air cleaner hose
- Throttle body cleanig
- All other gaskets included in "valve grind kit" from CDan
- Full front axle service, including all new wheel and trunnion bearings
- New front pads (100 series) and rotors
- New fluids - coolant, front axle, transmission, brake fluid, oil

Things that are messed up but not a big deal to me (YMMV):
- Antenna motor doesn't work
- Leather on driver's seat worn on side
- Leaks a little oil somewhere in the rear ... not sure if it's rear main or pan arch.
- Driver-side door speaker buzzes at certain sound frequencies
- Driver-side window sporadically won't roll up or down, usually when it's cold out
