I've seen this ad - it smells funny. I would bet it's a scam - price is waay low for this area and the photo is stock... dont feel like even bothering but that's my guess.

I just sent a note to him to 'sniff it out'.... will report back.

EDIT: it was deleted by the author?! Who knows.... maybe I missed another great deal...
