That looks like its part of your Fuseable Link...or was, before it was separated.

I just installed a new engine wire harness and I am quite sure that is the harness ground connection which is supposed to be attached to the lower half of the intake manifold under a bolt head that faces the fire wall. It's is shown in the FSM.

That does look like most of the body grounds I have seen.

^^ just installed an engine harness too and that looks exactly like the ground wire.

Yeah I was confused when I saw it because there was a few weeks between removal of the old and the new install. I had to refer to the cruiser bible to figure out where it went.

Understandable! Armed with FSM in hand, I removed and installed over two evenings so everything would be fresh in my mind. No fun at all! Forearm cuts are still healing! Refrained from drinking during it too...but had so many victory beers after!
