I’m new to the forum but i’ve been lurking for a while now. So much great knowledge in here. I recently purchased a 78 Prado with an after market keyless entry. Hasn’t worked great since i bought it.

I’ve googled what appears to be a part # but nothing solid.

Does anyone know anything about this?

Any help is much appreciated.

I don’t think I have it anymore but I did translate the pdf that you can download from their site. Mine is 24V so I am not sure it would even help you.

Did you see the download link for the install instructions for the 12V version assuming your Prado is 12V? You can use google translate to obtain the wire colors and what the wires are for.

Do you have pictures of the key fobs as well? The box you have pictured matches mine and mine is labeled as Lockman...

Thank you for that link. Mine is a 12V - my key fob looks different but could be older version. Also my door locks went haywire this morning like they wanted to lock and unlock - its weird. The key fob appears to be giving a signal as it lights up blue when its pressed. Other than that im kinda lost. Finally got my door locks back working.

Not sure if it makes you feel any better but I think those lockman units are crappy. I have issues sometimes with mine not wanting to lock but not always. It is a frankenstein set up for me because I wanted to use Toyota key fob and RS3200 blinking alarm light.

Appreciate all your help. I can get my doors to finally lock with the key - fob still not working. Gonna try to translate those install instructions and see what I can do.

Hello,

Is it possible to use an RS3200 in a 70 Series?

Just curious.

There is a whole thread about someone installing a complete RS3200 setup into his HZJ77.
