craigslist 1995 FZJ80 near San Francisco

Long time lurker and LC wannabe. Not mine, but I am interested.

What do you guys think? He said exterior is in good shape other than hood and roof sun damage. Slight leak from head gasket but no HG service or front axle service. He is second owner and has had it since '98. Not sure about lockers yet but I did ask the question. It's a couple hour drive for me to take a look. Anyone in the Bay Area interested in looking it over with me maybe this weekend? 's on me of course...

I think the clearcoat peel issue is pretty common on the green trucks. Mine has it pretty bad on the hood and roof.

Slight leak from HG? What does that mean? If HG is leaking, don't buy unless price is discounted more for this repair.
