Not sure what the issue is with this Cruiser other than somewhat high mileage. It has been listed on Ebay multiple times but never sells.

Andy's (the seller) trucks have been covered multiple times on 'Mud.

I've gone down to Miami driven it, it's in pretty good shape but will need some TLC for sure. It's high on the KMs, and thatwas what made me hold out for the troopy that I have, but it's pretty solid. It has some surface rust on it, but nothing penetrating that I could see. Engine was running fine, no s***fing problems, seemed that all the electricals worked. Personally, I think he's asking a little bit too much for it for the shape it's in, but the rarity of this truck can warrant a premium. Granted, I paid more for the troopy that I have, but it was newer, less KMs and had some of the upgrades that I wanted already on it.:meh:

The bigger issue will be the shade of grey that these trucks are. They are registered and titled in the US, but I'm pretty sure that they are not 100% legit on the import front. The troopy that I have right now, oroginally came from him, and aside from the VIN number not being in the database in NC, there was no problems registering it. The P.O. of mine had it registered in CA before I had it. So, you definitely roll the bones, but it definitely is cool to have a unique cruiser to roll around in:grinpimp:

Andy is a pretty straight up guy, he'll talk your ear off.

IIRC, it was either owned by a diplomat or something like that, and worked the valid FL title and registration. Getting the trucks here is half the battle, other half is getting it registered:grinpimp:

All in all, not a bad truck. Runs good, drives good, a little lovin and some PM, and it will be a great exepedition truck.

Electrics on a hzj 75:confused::hhmm:..........:D:D:D

Even my 'ole HJ45 had "electronic components"....at least that is what I would call my 12 volt fan that was plugged into the cigarette lighter.:)

would you have stole that fan from a hippi's combi van?

Proberly the most electrical thing i would remeber in my old mans 4x series would be, when a fuse is blown you would search under the seats,floor mats (if had floor mats),glovebox for a empty 22 bullet shell ,fuse fixed:wrench::D

I can remember my grandfather using that trick as well as putting copper pennies behind blown household fuses. I am not sure he ever gave a lot of thought as to what blew the fuse in the first place.:)
