I do not have this. It sold it and the A/C bracket with the compressor. But I'm pretty sure all you need is that bolt. They are available from the dealer or Wits' end. Toyota Tensioner Bolt for 1FZ AC or York OBA - https://absolute-wits-end.com/toyota-tensioner-bolt-for-1fz-ac-or-york-oba/

Thanks for your feedback. The bearing inside the pulley is bad on mine as well. Trying to stay cheap with getting a used one but might go ahead and order both the pulley and bolts. Appreciated your help.

You can also buy just the bearing on Amazon for like $10. It comes out easy if you have a set of snap ring pliars. Search:
