General:
-I'm listing this on here for my dad. He bought it from me 2 years ago, and I bought it from the original owner in 1998 with 45k miles.
~195,000 miles
-Factory Locking Differentials
-Cloth interior in excellent condition
-Complete and extensive maintenance records since new
Exterior Condition:
-No rust anywhere
-Undercarriage and engine bay are exceptionally clean
-Oxidation on hood and roof
-Some scrapes on 3 of the fender flares
-No dents other than a few door dings
-Some pitting on the windshield from rocks, but no cracks - all glass is original
Interior Condition:
-Interior is excellent. Probably one of the nicest condition interiors you will see on an 80.
-Seat covers have been on since 45k miles, so the cloth upholstery literally looks like new.
-Carpet is excellent - always used rubber floor mats.
-Headliner may have a few scuff marks, but is otherwise great.
-No cracks in the dash
-3rd row seats are not installed, but are included
Mechanical:
-No problems
-No measurable leaks - leaves no drops
-Some wetness around rear main/upper oil pan
-I've used synthetics in the engine, diffs, xfer case, driveshafts, steering knuckles, and transmission since 45k miles.
-Always used Toyota red coolant
-Always used OEM parts
-Burns about 1qt/1000 miles. This consumption has been steady for many years, and the truck doesn't smoke.
In the last 3 years the following have been done:
-Rebuild steering knuckles - All OEM parts, Amsoil lubes
-Power steering pump rebuilt, all new power steering hoses
-New radiator
-Clean throttle body
-New transmission cooler hoses
-New radiator and heater hoses (silicone for phh)
-Low mileage transfer case with part time conversion
-Aisin locking hubs
-O2 sensors replaced
-TPS replaced
-Distributor cap and rotor relplaced
-Distributor o-ring replaced
-Plugs and wires
-Front main seal and oil pump seal
-New Old Man Emu shocks
-New Caster correction bushings (blue ones from slee)
-Front Brake pads just replaced
Other stuff replaced since I've had the truck:
-Fuel pump
-Ignition coil
-All vacuum hoses
-some EGR system parts (can't remember which off the top of my head)
Mods:
-ARB Bullbar
-Lightforce 240's
-Warn M12000
-Safari snorkel
-OME heavy front springs with 1" spacers from slee
-OME medium rear springs
-Caster correction bushings (blue ones from slee)
-Braided stainless brake lines
-Center diff lock switch added, pin7 mod done
-Part-time conversion with Aisin hubs (installed by slee)
-Slee sliders
-Slee skidplate
-Hankook 295/??/16 MT (34") with lots of tread left. Matching spare
-Optima battery, second battery tray is installed (but no battery)
-Air compressor mounted in center console
-CB radio mounted to center console
-New head unit and door speakers, 10" sub
