1991 fj80 no start, could it be the camshaft?

As you can see, when I try and crank, there are spots on the chain that look in tact, but in the video (I can’t put it on this forum, if anyone wants to see the video more clearly with sound then I will send you my instagram I can show it there) you can see some spots where it looks like the chain might have cracked. Could this be what’s starting my no start issue?

OK, I understand now. You're looking down the distributor hole hoping to see movement of the oil pump.
That can't happen without the distributor in place.
The cam drives the distributor, the distributor drives the oil pump, and there's no timing chain on a 3FE so no one knows what you're referring to.
