Hey, it is what it is.

Stuff is worth what someone will pay for it, I've never thought these trucks were worth 20k.
Just a market correction. At least I'm not trying to sell a Prado for 12 k like all the poor buggers out there on C/L etc. ....those are 5k trucks now.

and on that note...mud special, 11,900 ...apparently that includes a kimchi bowl... :flipoff2:

Kimchi bowl is the instant noodles in the back drawer of your cruiser, they are also delicious! Free bump haha
 
So after a rather annoying day, where someone made an offer, I accepted, I loaded up all the manuals, spares and extras, and took out all my tools and camping gear, and was almost out the door to hook up with him, he sends an email saying he'd bought another truck....:rolleyes:

Bummer as I was all set to go look at a couple 42's, but that's the way she goes.

So on that note, I'll knock another few hundred off the price. 11,500. :bounce:
 
You might give expedition portal a shot. This is the kind of truck they slather over and you are more likely to find someone with money to spend.

(but take a pic in sunlight and everything detailed without the gear first, sheesh!) ;)

as for sunlight...dude, this is the west coast, won't be seeing that bright thing in the sky for another 8 months....:crybaby:

Truckwise, it's actually starting to grow on me, had it out in the back field winching an old car out to it's near final resting place under a tree, and it kept the beer cold in the console the whole time....:grinpimp:

Also fixed the peely clearcoat on the flares, paint isn't quite a perfect match, maybe a smidge dark, but looks 1000% better.

Pics later, when I'm not kinda ripped on paint fumes....:hillbilly:
 
Ahh, still no pics, but I waxed it the other night and it's all purty now.


And, just cuz I'm tired of watching 42's show up for sale, and sell before I can do anything about it...
