1989 Toyota Land Cruiser Right Hand Drive Japanese Domestic Model VX Limited 4WD Diesel Engine The truck was purchased and imported from the island of Kyushu, Japan in February 2017. The two-tone Beige and Gray Metallic (27G) paint was faded on the hood when acquired the truck, had the hood and top parts of the fenders repainted. The paint on the roof was not repainted and shows some oxidation. The front windshield was replaced along with the front mud flaps, right tail lamp, and rear wiper. Inside, the two-tone brown interior shows normal wear for its age with a small puncture on the top of the dash and some scratches on the center armrest lid being the most noticeable flaws. The driver’s side front door panel has a few tears in the vinyl and a stain on the fabric, and the outside bolster on the driver’s seat is a bit flat. Photos that detail the metal underneath the carpet in the rear cargo area have been provided below. The tachometer is not working, although the green turbo light illuminates as it should. The odometer indicates 135,604 kms (~84k miles) though evidence of a roll back has been noted, and the true mileage is said to be 233,163kms (144,881 miles). Installed a Panasonic DVD/Navigation/backup camera with JBL speakers and a 12-volt DC converter. The navigation and back up camera are work intermittently. Serviced with a new 4WD solenoid, front knuckle seals, front brake rotors and pads, washer tank, and both batteries. And also converted the A/C to an R134a system, repaired the radiator, and changed the differential fluid, automatic transmission fluid, engine oil, and filter. The truck is running strong at freeway speeds, and no current mechanical issues.
