Recently imported 1989 Toyota Land Cruiser HJ61V 4x4. It is a turbo diesel with the 12H-T engine (inline 6, 4 liter) It has an automatic transmission that shifts strong and through all gears. There is a PTO winch from the factory. It has Rancho RS9000 shocks (2.75" lift) on 35" BF Good rich tires and 15" Deerfield wheels. I just put 2 brand new interstate batteries in it. ^^ Yes it can, shouldnt have any problems, its 25+ yrs old. Make sure it is titled first by whoever imported it though.
