Up for sale is my 1989 Geo Tracker. $4500 obo
Selling because I have too many vehicles and no space.....will consider partial trades of welder, firearms, etc.
Manual 5-speed
Locking Hubs
No a/c installed but have all components as well as a truck load of extra parts.
5 matching wheels and tires, plus 1 extra spare tire. Tires have approx. 3000 miles on them and are on steel wheels (extremely heavy)
Has spare tire carrier on back door.
I bought this Tracker for $2300 and it ended up having a burnt exhaust valve.
Instead of rebuilding just the head, I went ahead and invested $2,000 into a full rebuild (have receipt); currently has about 2,000 miles on it and runs perfect. 1.6L TBI with stainless steel header.
Recently the rear end went out so I replaced it with a used chunk from a low mileage tracker $300.
New windshield $250.
I've pretty much gone through it from front to back and fixed anything that needed to be corrected. Drives straight and true at highway speeds.
I'll throw in an automatic transmission with transfer case that is good, a bad transfer case for a manual transmission, additional 1.6L block, and a 2wd frame with gas tank, axle housing, shafts, etc.
Rear fenders cut, some dents, fading paint, interior is bare, dash is rough, no carpet, etc.
