1989 FJ62 (Big Red) with 122,500 or so miles, asking $13,500. My DD, so mileage is slowly increasing. No rust that I've found. PO resprayed the red, it's a decent job, but there are a few drips and some overspray, as well as a couple of scratches and two cracks near the gas filler door (see photos). PO had the tranny rebuilt in 2012, but it's been shifting a little above where the normal set points are at times (mostly shifts as normal).
I had a shop Rebuild the top end this spring, new alternator and battery cables this summer. A/C and heat (including rear heat) work perfectly. Really nice interior with Grey perforated leather seats and door cards and nice grey carpet. Passenger window not working, rear windows move leisurely. Grill a little rough, black non-electric mirrors, replacement aftermarket rear-view mirror.
Mickey Thompson wheels and Kelly Safari 31X10.5X15 tires with lots of tread. PO installed (made?) diamond plate panels for the cargo area, speakers in boxes are not attached. receiver hitch in the back and a Yakima rack on top. Runs great, 75-80 no problem.
I love this truck and am only offering it up as I'm looking at similar vintage 4runners (sold a scout to buy the 62, I'm a sucker for removable tops), so I'm not really looking for offers.

best way to get me is via email at thomashmassey@gmail.com, I'll answer all I can, and I don't want anything to be a surprise should you be interested. Not a lot of low-mile examples left, and I'll be more that happy to keep driving it.
pic not attaching, will add asap
