This is the second thread on my truck, the other thread stopped working?? Anyway, for those who saw the other thread, don't let this confuse you. It's the same red 88 FJ62 with the 5.3 Vortec in it. I'm going to provide a youtube video via email to anyone interested. The price is $3800 firm and the reason it's set that low is there's some rust spots around a few windows and the drip edge on the roof. I've treated them with Ospho and sealed them with epoxy as a measure to stop the spread. These spots aren't necessarily pretty, but they can be repaired and made right with a little effort with a sanding block.
These spots are all approximately the size of nickels or smaller. There's 230,000 miles on the chassis and maybe 80 to a 100,000 on the engine/tranny. The transfer case was rebuilt about 2 years ago. It runs great; I use it as a daily driver and the A/c blows cold. It could use some brake work and maybe new shocks. That's what I'd do if I was keeping it and also do a more cosmetic fix on the rust spots.
Things that don't work are the tach; it's an Autometer unit, we just never could get the computer to talk to it? The passenger side window won't go down even though I put a new motor in it (electrical issue). I have a new 33" BFG All Terrain spare on a steel rim and I've got a spare rotor for the brakes. It has the roof bars included and owners manual and service manual.

Very nice conversion & GLWS - I was reading through the build thread, but didn't see any mention of E85 fuel.
Although I might have missed it...Have you or do you currently use it?
I've see all sorts of claims for the increased economy, but the lines and valves etc...need to be rated for the higher alcohol %.
Is this something you did?

Thanks
