I absolutely HATE to sell this truck, but I won a car in a golf tournament (I hit a hole in one, seriously), so I don't have room in the garage any more. Black Stuff

It is indeed an undercoating-type surface. I'm no expert on this, so I'm not exactly sure what it is specifically. It was installed prior to the time I purchased it. It looks very like it was done very professionally. Sorry, I forgot to mention it.
