1987 BJ74 JDM. Auto. 292K. $9750. I know most Mudders know all the specs on this rig, but I had to include them for the Kijiji'ers. $9750 OBO.
I have owned this LandCruiser since December 2010. Since then I put on a 2.5" Old Man Emu lift kit ($2250) with OME springs, OME shocks, greasable pins and shackles. Removable Top. Foldable Windshield. Right Hand Drive. 3.4L Turbo Diesel (13B-T). Auto (A440). Gets 18MPG city and 22MPG highway. Comes with bushbar, lights, and custom roof rack. New engine seals (exhaust manifold, turbo seals). 8000LB PTO winch. New Belts , and spare set. 3500LB hitch. Boost gauge and boost controller. 24V system with 12V converter for cell phone and accessories. 31x10.5x15 BFG AllTerrain T/A with 70% tread left. I have ALL receipts.
The truck has a PlantDrive WVO system which runs off vegetable oil. I get my oil for 50 cents/L, and can give you contacts for the same clean filtered oil in Edmonton. The turns the 18/22MPG to 36/44MPG cause fuel is half price. Drove it Vancouver and back this summer all on WVO. No problems at all. I plan to remove this system and put it in my next diesel pickup, but I will add this feature for an extra $1500 - worth $2500, $1000 parts and $1500 for install.
This truck is an Industrial rated truck, and turns over better than any other car I've heard in the winter - better than my dads BMW and TrailBlazer SS.
The engine and tranny on this truck are worth $5000 alone. Give EBI motors, 4wheelauto or RaddCruisers a call and they will tell you the same.
The 13B-T is rated for 500,000km before rebuild, and once you hear it start and run you will tell it is indestructable. I have records from previous owner that goes back to 2006.
I bought this truck as a work truck for my Power Washing Business - shown in ad. Business has grown and now I need a pickup truck. Better pictures will be up soon.
I drove the truck through a stream once ~10" of water, that's all the action this truck has seen off road. When you drive it, you'll be able to tell as the suspension is very tight.
