And if the check valve on the forward end of the air rail that the air pump hose attaches to is no good, I believe BTB sells a replacement.

Thanks for the info, I replaced all my check valves back a few years ago.
I was referring to the gold colored check valve in the picture. Also known as an anti backfire valve.
Your signature line says desmogged?

It is currently desmogged. I have to re-smog to get my emissions. Then get my 5 year plate tags again. Several years back the j-pipe from the cooler somehow blew out and caused a small fire in the engine so I don’t feel safe with the smog gear on the truck. Not sure what other people do to prevent that nightmare but I’m not comfortable with it so it gets pulled as soon as I get my tags.

Yep, I’ve got a new-ish one. I need to make a hose to it though. I had to cut the old one off.
