I'll probably hit 4 again. I did make it up once last time before it got me again. So, it's still my nemesis but I'm somewhat satisfied having made it once. I am really looking forward to hitting up "The Jungle" and the unmarked trails off of 8. That's the first place I'm gonna go.

Gotta head to Atlanta Sunday morning to pick up the trailer. Onur said he's going to try to work on it Sunday morning so he may be done by the time I get back to town. If not we should be able to knock it out quick. We already did the axle rebuild. Just gotta slap the new shaft/birf in there. You have a good bit of work to do on yours. I can tell you're a man on a mission with the Sami though. Probably due to the motivator...

Oh, I have about killed myself the last 3 or 4 weeks. When you go back to work to get a break... it kinda stops being as much fun. Don't get me wrong I am looking forward to the end result
as long as I survive the ride!
Long side shaft is in with chromo birf. Lower portion of knuckle was ground down for a good fit. Unfortunately the caliper hard line busted on me so I'm getting Sam 2 more lines.

What is the knuckle packed with, vaseline? Sorry, just don't think I have ever seen yellow grease like that.

Well, just about on a daily basis I am surprised by something being available or not available. The brake lines on the mini were long over due (undoubtedly original). The lines were not only available but in stock in the PDC!
That's because we buy those 4 at a time.

Good thing. I was really not looking forward to trying ro bend them.
So my to do list is basically 1. put on brake lines and bleed brakes 2. put all my junk in the truck 3. check fluids and tires 4. go wheelin
I need to do some work on the trailer prob...

Put the brake lines on and bled the brakes with beno's help. My short list is getting shorter.
