Does anyone know where i could buy the factory service manuals for a 1979 hj45 trayback?
Its an Australian model but an international manual would still be fine.
Ive spoken with Toyota Australia and they inform me that the books are no longer made or sold for this country.

I do remember reading in a thread last night about being able to by them in the U.S, but as usual, i cant find it now im looking for it.

Any help would be appreciated!

The FJ, BJ and HJ all share the same chassis FSM. (there are different manuals for the motors). At least, many of them do. I think I have one that is only for the FJ-40, but most of mine cover the FJ-40, BJ-42, and HJ-45...

You can get an FSM from a few sources in the US, easiest is probably Spector Off Road, and I suspect Man-a-Fre, Cruiser Outfitters, etc.... They also show up for sale here fairly regularly.

So would i be right in thinking these are the correct books i need to buy for a 1979 HJ45 Tray?
Specter Off-Road Land Cruiser Parts - Page 221 Land Cruiser Toyota O.E.M. Manuals

221-11 H Engine Manual $59
221-43 Chassis and Body $159.17
221-43-S Chassis and Body Supplement $16

Yep, you've got them. Not sure what the supplement does though, I don't have any of those, and my FSM from SOR includes the stuff that SOR's website seems to think are special (like the FF rear axle).
