I have a 1979 FJ40 that has no title or paperwork.
It is a project that has great potential!
OK the FJ40 cruiser has
(4) 35x12.50x15 Goodyear Wrangler ATS Radial tires and rims for street like new!
It may run? I think it has a weak cylinder, bring a battery and try to get it to crank over

Warn 8403 8000lb winch/bumper and tow bar
Reverse schackle spring over front end
Spring over rear end
ARB air lockers front and rear
4.88 gear ratio
Saganaw power steering
2F engine with headers and Weber carburator
Aluminum radiator

Custom non emission exhaust with Flow Master Muffler
Custom rear bumper with receiver hitch welded in
Grant steering wheel
Painless wiring

MDS ignition and rev limiter
Flex-a-lite Black Magic electric puller fan, not installed

It does need a new carrier bearing for the front differential
Have an extra Chevy dana 44 front end to go with cruiser
Again no title or paperwork

Best top, needs windows replaced, no frame

Fiberglass windshield frame
(3) stock Toyota FJ40 steel rims
Header, carburator, intake manifold
2F block and head, was in excellent low mile shape, but it has been outside
1977 Frame, never wrecked and clean, steering box
Extra fenders, grill, hood
Lots of misc. parts
LOTS of stuff to take in and diegest, everything to build the best FJ40 out there!! Maybe?

I am looking for a 1972 FJ40 that needs an engine. I have a complete 1F, three speed transmission and transfercase I received in a trade. I like stock. I am also interested in a running FJ55 or one that needs an engine.

I have no idea of value, so shot me an offer

I think my wife would kill me if I only came away with a dollar. I am looking for a wagon to take the kids with me prospecting on the weekends. Two kids, the dog and camping equipment need some space. I do have the 1F engine and drive train to use in a trade prospect. As a side note we used to have a farm in Smiley, TX and Cruisers brought a good amount of cash.

Pictures of some parts included!

OK here are some pictures of parts! I will include them with the cruiser!

Package deal for 12,000 dollars!! Check this out!

Well I just purchased this Cruiser and ended up with a major tax bill that must be addressed ASAP!
I am in Morongo Valley, CA 92256

Combine this with the 1979 FJ40 project and WOW!! what a deal

About the FJ62
Owned by one family and I purchased it from the daughter. Our kids and her kids have ballet together. I have known the family for some time. When the Father had the cruiser it was maintained well, but the last year it has been negelected.

It needs the low pressure power steering hose replaced, it leaks, but it does not effect driving.
A good tuneup would do wonders
The tires are ok, but they are street tires
The muffler needs some work
We all have kids and they are hard on the interior. Some stains and a good shampoo would clean it up. The interior is not bad, just dirty

The good
AC works well
Heat works well
4x4 is good
THE BODY IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE!!
NO RUST!!
All of the windows work
Power side mirrors work
I think most of the electronic gadgets work
Clear title, tags are a few months out of date

I do not want to sell this, but I need to pool cash at this moment in time. My experience is in the future a different cruiser will come around, I hope

Package deal 12,000 dollars!
