For Sale 1979 FJ40 in need of a resto

I have a 2/79 FJ40 for sale, I had planed on doing a frame off resto on this cruiser, but time and finances are not what they use to be. The engine was running stronger then any 2f I have ever used before when I pulled the wiring harness to take off the tub. The body had some cancer on the passenger side under the door, and the rear sill is toast as seen in the pictures. The PO for some reason put a plate over the bed, I can't see why, but I never got around to removing it. I have all the parts and pieces for this rig most are now stored in the rig which I just pulled out of the garage. I have a few extras warn bumper, oem seats. I am asking $6500 for the rig because that is what I have in it. I am outside of San Antonio TX, this is a prime rig for a resto I just can't afford to do it at this point in my life. If it doesn't find a home, I may part it or scrap it.
