1978 FJ40 Toyota Land Cruiser, GREAT project off-road vehicle
Cons: Drive axle needs work,tires loses air, truck is dirty in need of a wash
Great tread on all tires, front passenger tire loses its air gradually lasts about 1 month before it has to be filled with air again.

Toyota Motor are very reliable as this stock 2F engine runs strong

How road worthy is it? Would you drive to end of the driveway or other side of the state? Is it registered non-op? Are the tags up to date? Will it come with current smog cert?

It won't pass CA smog with that carb (at least). If it were me I'd fail it for the bezel too.

Truck runs great on the streets, but I would not recommend driving the truck across the states, it is registered on non-op, no smog certificate.
