This car import in 1990, i purchased in 1997, stored in arizona since 2004.

Curious what features make this a military vehicle? PTO winches and pintle hooks were options on cruiser imported to the US. The split rims were very common in many other markets other than the US, same with diesel engines. You might want to clear up where you are. If you are in AZ it would go a long way to register in AZ and put it on the road. It looks like a very nice vehicle and worth the money. But anyone buying a $20K vehicle is going to want a turn key with no hassle getting it titled and registered in their state. A vehicle that is in titled in a different state, a non US imported and hasn't been registered for a least seven years may require going thru a few hoops. Never had to deal with a non US imported cruiser but had to deal with inop cruisers from other states and it is harder to do when your in another state from where the title is issued. If it is registered in CA and your in AZ I would wonder way. If not I would wonder why such a nice cruiser hasn't been registered.
