1978 FJ40 for sale in MA

Hey!
I'm selling my 1978 FJ40 RHD to pay for my 45 project. I had it "sold" until the guy's wife complained. That's what you get for asking your wife!

Runs well, frame and underside is spotless.
I had a quick paint job done to even out some discolorations. Interior good/fair.
Brakes could use some adjustment and tires are a bit, well, tired.
Perfect for someone who doesn't want to deal with rust issues and have a good driver.

I'll help with shipping logistics but not financially. It would drive it to neighboring states but driving it across country wouldn't be recommended in any 40. Long disctance drive comfort wasn't an option on the 40 models.

Valid Ma state title in hand! Emissions exempt so shouldn't be a problem.

I got a screaming deal on that olds so I'm breaking even on it just to move it out. I have a troopy coming in a couple weeks and also have a few other cars. We are trying to sell our house and having 5 cars in the yard is not very good advertising. I have the Olds in a friends garage for now.

The 78 is still available! It's in great shape. It's going back into the local Want Ads next Tuesday. I had it in there a few weeks ago and got about 20 phone calls. I'm sure it will sell by the end of next week.

Most of the $$$$ from the olds will go into the 45 wagon.

bezel check on isle #4 ...other than that...it does look like a nice cruiser

No doubt!!!!! I had it painted at a paint shop down the road (I have before pics if needed) and the guy painted the bezel AND the roof all the same color! Not much to say after that. Obviously he's not a toyota guy. A rattle can can fix it in an hour! I'd fix it but it's too cold and the paint won't set right. Good eye!!!!
