Front wheels look toe out.

Front wheels look toe out.

Yes it does and the caster is f ed up from the lift and shackles making it worse.

If I were asking 22k for a rig the effort to clean it out and get it out of the garage to get some decent pics would be worth it. But hey what do I know?

I agree about the lack of effort to make the truck look good. I knew some things looked off, but I'm still learning, and all your comments help.

Ok it looks like this to me. You need to look at this one. The only thing I don't like about it is the header, the Webber, the k&n filter. If the rest of the body looks like what you can see in these pictures 22,000 is a veryyyyyyy fair price. You are not going to spend very much cleaning up the PO mess on the suspension. The problems that have been pointed out so far are all easy fixes and to pay someone to do it for you would still probably be under a 1,000 dollars. Look at what he is asking and subtract what you think it will cost you to fix it and go from there. If I was up there and in the market for a 40 I might be tempted to offer 18 if its a clean tub and everything is there. It is a really good looking rig from what I can see in those pictures. Definitely worth looking at in person.

Toe-out possibly or maybe he just has the wheel turned slightly to the passenger's side, NBD. I'm more concerned about that spot of bondo by the driver's side windshield wiper and the flat paint hiding who knows what rust. Worth a look, yes, and a close visual examination of the frame and tub followed by a magnet test in the usual areas, rear sill and mid-body channel ... Just my $0.02

I appreciate everyone's input. I may go look at it. If I do, I'll post my findings.
