I have only had it about 3 years. The Previous owner sunk a lot of money into parts to make a really reliable rig. I haven't driven it much in the past 3 years. I worked on it more than drove it.

Very clean California Cruiser with very little rust. Mechanically sound with almost everything replaced in the past 5 years.
Passes CA smog (several times since smog rerun)
Kept very stock with great running original six and 4 speed transmission
New 2.5 inch HFS CCOT lift springs with 2.5 inch lift shackles rear and 1.5 inch lift shackles front.
30.5X10.5 Yokohama MT tires
Warn 9000 winch(never used)

4 wheel disc brakes(stops great with no brake wander)
Minuses:
The vehicle had some front left hood and fender damage many years back. I purchased new/used fender, hood apron, and apron. Fender, hood apron, and hood are primed. New hinges and hood hooks are primed
The stock electrical water gauge is not operative but a mechanical water temp gauge was installed and the extra oil pressure gauge is installed but not hooked up.
Only rust is bottom of right rear ambulance door, lower portion of back left window, tiny spot on body above rear bumper.
