Hi all. I have a 77 fj40 with a cracked at flange intake manifold. I also have a leaky exhust manifold especially in the bushings for the exhaust flap.

An good intake manifold or whole assembly with exhaust manifold for a 77 would be great.

Please text me at 248-221-8523

Best J.P.

What's fair price for both of us?

@Dudleyfj40 in the first pic above, is that a crack directly under where the carb sits?

I put it in the blaster.
It is, I'll have to check my other ones also. Junk then?

can I use this picture for my website? This is the best picture of a cracked 2F intake I have seen. Planning on listing a $75 weld repair service on my website.

That is 😎.

I think that is a niche that should be filled (literally) , good price, and good PR for you Matt.

IMO, a repaired manifold is superior to one that hasn’t cracked…yet. Not just by virtue of having more metal to deal with the heat issue, but because you are retaining the ORIGINAL manifold that was machined to work with that exhaust.
