1977 Fj45 Fs pics finally up

mostly stock except fuel injected 6 and new in 99 NV4500...

here is the low down:

POSITIVE:

1977 FJ45
37,000 km showing on the odometer
Aqualu fenders
birfield eliminators
front disc brakes
detroit locker up front
new rad
fuel injected 6
electronic ignition
definately restorable
heavy duty front and rear bumper
legal for importation into the USA
NV4500 new in 99 and driven from Calgary to the maritimes and back
winch not included
4:11 difs
rebuilt t/case
rear diff E/brake
40 gallon secondary tank with storage above
side storage box
solid tailgate in goreat shape
headache rack in great shape
tack
very good tires and split rims

Negative:

no head liner
seats needs recovering
some rust on box but definately restorable
one small rust hole on floor of cab
rust both top corners of roof
very minor rust on hood and windsheild frame
minor rust on doors
both rockers need replacing

Wayne, what is the motor in it? you say FI, but is it a 3fe or a 2f with added FI or a chevy or?

freind of mine here in town has been chating with you about it, for the price it looks like a winner :)

Landpimp,
it is a F1 with fuel injection. i am not sure which setup since i did not install it. it is idling fast but runs down the road real nice. there are a couple things i would do different if it was mine. i would adjust the 4H/4L shifter, put a factory air box back on but other than those 2 things the install seemed to be a decent one. think of it this way, if he can drive the truck from Calgary Alberta down to Nova Scotia and back again then it can't be too bad... that is a LOT of km to travel.

i will have to wait till Jeremy gets back to me tonight to see if it is sold or not. i practice the first come first served rule. if he backs out then there is still 2 more guys in line.
