@oakweb
I looked at this last Saturday, there's a lot more that isn't in the pics.
Fuel tank has a bunch of rust holes under it and drivers side floorboard has rust holes (not super major, but they're definitely gonna need work). Upper Rear roof bracket is rusted completely through on drivers side. Runs really rough, has a header and aftermarket air that doesn't work. Suspension needs work, leaf springs are not put together correctly, front has half the leaf's the rear has.
Needs ALL new rubber/seals throughout the entire 40. Bondo on both front fenders, is bubbling and cracking behind the front turn signals.
Also, has not been registered in a few years.

It's been for sale for over a year, started at $18.5, now sellers brother owes him $$ and gave him the 40 as collateral. I've been in contact with them since it was first listed on OfferUp. Now that the price dropped I thought it was worth the trip for me to look at in person.

Great seller, works for Toyota, he asked me to make an offer and I just couldn't come up with a number that made sense to me where I wouldn't feel like offending him. I had hoped to rescue it, but there's better out there for not much more, and if you paid double the price, there's some great 40's that don't need anywhere near as much work.
