Yes I do have the windshield frame, I am not sure what the padding is that you are looking for. Maybe the dash pad, there are 2 knobs that screw into the dash through the dash pad that holds the WS frame in place.

I have it listed in another thread, I'm not sure on the shipping to the Houston area, if you can find prices from 21782 I may be able to crate up and ship.
 
Bump.....Ran a compression check on the mighty 1F last night, all the cylinders ran between 130-115, runs like a champ!

Do you have the mirrors that attach to the window frame? Mine attached to the doors and when I took the doors off I rigged a mirror on one of the brackets, but now I need the bracket for a soft door. They sell them for $100 retail!
 
@applegm No, the only ones I have to sell are the ones that mount to the door, the windshield frame mounted mirrors I bought a few years ago. $100 is about normal, keep your eyes open in the classifieds, they do show up on occasion.
