1972 FJ55 Toyota Landcruiser

If you are looking at this ad you already know how cool these Landcruiser wagons are. This one has 4wheel disk brakes, rear lockright locker, stainless battery tray, centerforce clutch, 4 speed and xfer and front axle from 1976 fj40, roll-cage, handtrottle, header with larger exhaust, petronix with hot coil, 35" goodyear MTRs, 4" custom built springs with additional leafs, shackle reversal up front. Interior is not bad, not great either. Has typical lower rust (no top rust), the rockers have been replaced with box tubing to work as sliders, a few dents. Most of the paint is original.

It has the f engine, but it burned a valve. So I unhooked it and it is just sitting in there ready to be pulled. I have an running 1984 2f from and fj60 ready to go in. It has been cleaned and painted, some of the gaskets replaced. It also has a power steering pump and brackets still on it, and I might still have the steering box and related stuff.

The cruiser and engine are both in storage in south-central Nebraska, and have been for a year. Delivery could be arranged for additional costs. I have too many Cruisers please buy this one, I have had it for over 20 years. Someone else turn to have fun in this pig.

I'm asking $5,000

Thanks,
Clint

no interior pics

To answer a few inquires. Sorry, I don't have any interior pics, I live in Lincoln, Nebraska and the cruiser is about 180 miles west of me at my brothers resto shop. I will see if I can get him to take a few of the inside. Has original bench seat.

Here is one photo that might show the rockers better. I think they are 2" x 6", heavy wall. I cut the ends off at and angle so as not to be sharp. I planned to cap them and use them as air tanks but never finished. Although probably not much storage, capping them would be nice. They are heavy.

thanks.

lower price.

Here is another pic of front seat. (dusty from sitting)

I have decided to also include the entire 1984 fj60 that the engine came out of. It is complete except no grille, no lock-outs and no title. It is very rusty and brown in color. Both cruisers are located in south-central nebraska.

Price for both is now $4700, you pay shipping or pick them up. Serious inquiries only. chapman472@gmail.com
