How much would you sell the winch for and do you have the shifter and drive shaft for it? My son really wants to put a winch PTO on his 1980 FJ40.

I removed the gear box, it is the forward / reverse type. I received the cover already.
Winch is aftermarket and missing the clutch. Clutch appears to be impossible to find , so pretty much scrap.
