I have a 1970 FJ 40 that is in stock condition. I bought it as a project and I am not making any progress. It is complete with a hard top and runs good. I am a newbie to FJs but I have restored several jeeps. The floorpan is rusted out in the footwells. The windshield frame is rusted badly. It could be patched but I would replace it. It is a 6 cylinder with a 3 speed on the column. It was a daily driver when I bought it. The only thing that appears to be not factory original is the gas tank and the radiator.
The FJ is garaged in North Georgia near Gainesville.
I put $1850 in the FJ thinking that it was a good deal. I have lost interest and want to get on the next project.

I will forward pics to you. Titles are not required in this year vehicle in Georgia but I have the title in the previous owners name. The odometer shows 79,000 miles and I believe tha this is actual mileage.
Please let me know if I am out of line on the price but I saw basket cases for sale in the 2500 dollar range and that is what I am using to base the price.
