Yup, surface rust, era correct axles, fuel tank and steering column, damage (repairable) on the rear channel. VIN on frame and on Tags but no title- no records found in USA. Located near Medford/Grants Pass, Oregon. $1000 obo and no I won't cut out the vin plates and send it to you. Thanks for looking.

Kief, if it doesn't sell in the next several weeks, I would be interested in the complete frame.

I wouldn't need the axels & such.
Would you consider selling the frame separate?

I won't be able to do anything for a bit because I'm opening a Coffee Pub here in Chino Valley AZ.
Until sometime in the first part of July all the $ I can come up with goes into getting the Pub open!
