I'll measure my original box today

This is awesome! Thanks Steven! I'm stoked if I don't need to do bodywork on the bed!
Do we need to measure the bodymounts under the rear bed or do we think those will be the same?
Butch and I seem to be the only ones with the oddball fixed tops..

I just made a PDF and a jpeg. of the frame hole layout I used for the aluminum box.
This will help to figure out what changes were made to the frame. The frame hole layout is off of my 1965 FJ45 removeable hardtop.

email me for a copy of the PDF or jpeg.
I tried down sizing the jpeg. file but it didn't come out clear

If you had a non-removable top 45 and a removable one side by side, you would also notice that the front corners of the bed are different. The fixed top beds have a curve to the front corners of the bed, not as big as the rear, but significant. The removable top ones have a fairly sharp corner. ;)

here's the pic of the front PS corner of a removeable hardtop FJ45
I would like to see the radius on a non-removeable top.
I've only seen one non removeable top FJ45 but didn't take note of the difference.

Texican and I can probably provide, I'll try but kinda swamped with trying to get my 40 ready for moab right now and it isn't at the same location as the 45. But will try.. I also have the measurements to take for the body mounts on the frame for you.

My 63 45 swb HT bed is the same as Texican's measurements, And it does have more radius on the forward corners like Mark mentioned then the swb RT that Steven shows in his picture.
