1960 ? ? ? Cl $6000

This guy says its a 1960 because the vin number is 196013. I don't believe he is correct. Please help get the correct year on this cruiser. Check it out here.

The VIN plate shows "4FJ4024552," making it a 1964 model year. "196013" is the engine number.
