I bought an out of state 2019 4runner Off Road Premium with all the aftermarket parts you can want. Unfortunately it won't pass inspection, and the dealership has told me to pound sand (Thanks Autonation Honda Columbus Georgia). It needs ball joints for the OME BP51 kit on it, and I am struggling to source the proper part. Any thoughts?

Are you talking about the UCA's? BP51 is the model of the coilovers and shocks. What model of UCA is installed?
Why it won't pass inspection? A 2019 4Runner.
Another why, the dealer refuse to work on it?
Worn ball joints, did they give you a proper documentation how did they determine it's worn? Let's say torn boot or rusted.
