Not needing the rear screens, I decided to go with the Victory 4x4 rear screen delete panels. I found some low profile USB plugs that fit nicely with a bit of cutting into the panels.

I laid out the cut lines on the back of the panels, drilled the 4 corners with an 1/8” drill bit, then cut the center out using a pneumatic pencil grinder (air powered Dremel tool) with a cut off wheel. Once cut, I installed the USB adapters.

My plan is to use the 25a seat heater control wire at the base of the seat. I’ll add more once I actually make that connection. For now, they are not powered and just installed to keep the hole closed up.

Thanks to @bhakjdlmn1 for the seat heater wire diagram. If anyone has the diagram for the seat position controls, I’d love to see it. That might be a safer wire to use since its use would be limited while driving.

Nicely done!

When you take the covers off to wire them up, take a depth measurement for me. How far do they stick out past the cover?

You ever wire these up?
Yes I did. I ended up getting different USB panels as they had some backlighting that was annoying to anyone sitting back there. I found some with an on/off switch that are the same size. So far, everything is working as advertised.

I've seen the ones with the switch and have the ones you test-fitted in my cart right now, I was planning to vinyl wrap entire thing, but I imagine the light comes from the plugs themselves?

As for wiring, did you end up tapping into the seat wiring or the screen wiring? I haven't pulled my screens yet nor researched what the wiring is that goes to them. I like the idea of 12v being switched versus always live...knowing my kids.

I tapped into the seat power wire. The likelihood of there being a draw on both the seat motors and USB outlets is minimal. And if there is, it won't be for very long.

This is the outlet I ended up with. There is a light but only when switched on. A small piece of electrical tape or black vinyl would cover that up though.
