So I was putting back the truck to running form and realized I had no notes for the 12v dual battery lead...the wire that I have in my hand is from the positive from the second battery, does this attach to the positive of the battery pictured? Both batteries have their own ground points on the fenders.

hi the cable goes from postive to positive
 
One of those negatives better have a ground to the block

Go to ‘Resources’ download the manual and electrical diagram and check these wiring leads.
Nothing is more important than making sure you have the grounds correct, everything depends on that

Look up ‘series’ and ‘parallel’ in electrical.
