Wanted 12HT or 2H fan and coupler

Looking for a good fan and coupler for 12HT . I havent looked at the part#s but I believe later 2H would work as well.

I might have what you need, but not sure if my 2H is newer/older. Its in an HJ61 and I don't know any history of the motor other than "it probably doesn't run".
