My new to me 470. Picked it up on the east coast drove it home to Durango CO. Not much modding plans roof rack all-terrains and sliders. Will be my daily and longer distance comfortable rig my trail rig is miserable on longer drives. Its a 2006 Cyprus Pearl Metallic 1 owner picked it up with 102k miles.

it’s the JW carrier. It’s been pretty good so far. It’s definitely lot of weight on the door. I work at a small cnc job shop (3 people) so I’m actually in the process of making some much stronger hinges that if works out we may put into production for anyone who uses one or any other added weight to the door. I think that will make me feel a bit better about it.
yeah I would love to get this carrier esp to hold 285/70, but kind of skeptical on how it would hold up in the long run. Please do post if you find a better solution. There is another one I read about with a funny name that I’m forgetting which seems better designed.

Sure. The bronze is actually pretty subtle and looks more like a gunmetal shade in low light or at a distance.

If you get the RRW wheels I wouldn't recommend getting their lug nuts. They weren't in stock when I ordered my wheels, but I've read that people were only getting a couple of turns with them on the factory studs. I have the gorilla extended thread lug nuts, which fit on my RR5-V wheels but I don't think they fit on all RRW wheels.
A couple pics from the drive home with the new rig on Saturday. 2006 with 80k miles and could not be happier after a 500 mile trip home.
